介绍了闪烁体信号处理电路的原理和设计方法,针对高剂量辐射场下常规闪烁体信号处理电路中存在信号过载判断不准确的问题做了相关实验及数据探讨,并设计了一种改进型的闪烁体过载信号判断电路。利用NaI( Tl)晶体(φ50 mm ×40 mm)作为探测器在中国辐射防护研究院放射性剂量站进行了测试,实验结果显示:灵敏度>1500 cps/μSv/h,响应时间<3 s,对137 Cs测量不确定度≤±10%,且在超过量程范围后能迅速准确的发出过载报警信号。

The principle and designing method of the scintillation detector signal processing circuit have been in -troduced in this paper .In order to solve the problem that the traditional circuit cannot accurately detecting over -load function under higher dose -rate field,the overload alarm function of the radiation dose rate has been add-ed into the circuit using new technology .And characteristics of the circuit have been tested by using the crystal with the size of φ50 x 40 mm NaI ( Tl ) in the radioactivity station of China Institute for Radiation Protection (CIRP).The results indicated that the sensitivity is greater than 1500 CPS/μSv/h,and the response time is less than 3 s,the measuring uncertainty is about ±10%( 137 Cs) and the circuit will timely and precisely give out alarm when dose rate is greater than the range value .
