通过对目前广泛应用于辐照加速器上的扫描磁铁电源的研究,给出了一种实时跟踪参考波形的电流型可编程扫描磁铁电源的实现方案,设计了一台输出电流峰值为7 A、扫描频率为5~50 Hz连续可调、线性误差小于0.1%的电流型扫描磁铁电源。该电源输出电流稳定,同时能够防止电子束二次扫描,保护钛窗,防止因局部束流过大而损坏。电源输出线性度良好,性能稳定,已成功应用于地那米加速器中。

Based on the study of the scanning power supply of the accelerator , a design method of a real -time tracking of the reference waveform of the current -mode programmable scanning magnet power supply was intro-duced .A new type of current scanning power supply was designed , whose peak output current was 7 A and fre-quency was 5 to 50 Hz continuous adjustable .The power can guarantee the output current remains constant , and prevent secondary electron beam scanning , to protect the titanium window from damage due to the excessive beam partially .The power , whose output linearity was good , and the performance was stable , had been applied to the dynamic accelerators successfully .
