应用应变梯度塑性理论来表示高速切削绝热剪切现象,提出绝热剪切带的应变和应变梯度的分布模型,分析了材料的内禀长度对应变及应变梯度的影响。分析结果表明:剪切应变在绝热剪切带中心达到最大值,在两边界线应变达到最小或零;应变梯度在绝热剪切带中心达到最小或零,在两边界线达到最小或零。当材料的内禀长度越大时,绝热剪切应变变化越小越缓慢,应变梯度变化越大。
應用應變梯度塑性理論來錶示高速切削絕熱剪切現象,提齣絕熱剪切帶的應變和應變梯度的分佈模型,分析瞭材料的內稟長度對應變及應變梯度的影響。分析結果錶明:剪切應變在絕熱剪切帶中心達到最大值,在兩邊界線應變達到最小或零;應變梯度在絕熱剪切帶中心達到最小或零,在兩邊界線達到最小或零。噹材料的內稟長度越大時,絕熱剪切應變變化越小越緩慢,應變梯度變化越大。
응용응변제도소성이론래표시고속절삭절열전절현상,제출절열전절대적응변화응변제도적분포모형,분석료재료적내품장도대응변급응변제도적영향。분석결과표명:전절응변재절열전절대중심체도최대치,재량변계선응변체도최소혹령;응변제도재절열전절대중심체도최소혹령,재량변계선체도최소혹령。당재료적내품장도월대시,절열전절응변변화월소월완만,응변제도변화월대。
The strain gradient plasticity theory was used to explain the adiabatic shear bands during the high speed cutting processes. The distribution model of strain and strain gradient was proposed. The effect of intrinsic length scale on the strain and strain gradient distribution was analyzed. The results show that the shear strain is maximum in the central line of adiabatic shear bands;the shear strain is minimum or zero on the both boundary lines. The strain gradient is zero at the central line and both boundary of the adiabatic shear bands. The strain gradient is maximum at the central line of the central line and boundary of the primary deformation zone. When the intrinsic length scale increases, the shear strain varies less, and the strain gradient changes more.
