目的:评估血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)在预测冠心病(CHD)风险方面的价值。方法将210例拟诊CHD住院患者行冠脉造影(CAG)检查,依据结果分为研究组(CHD组)143例、对照组67例。在常规冠心病药物治疗前抽血测定血浆Lp-PLA2活性、血脂等。结果2组Lp-PLA2活性差异有统计学意义[(16.2±1.5)μmol·min-1·mL-1比(27.6±1.9)μmol·min-1·m L-1,P<0.001]。多因素Logistic回归分析:Lp-PLA2、年龄、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)是冠心病独立预测因子,Lp-PLA2是最显著预测因子。结论 Lp-PLA2是冠心病风险独立预测因子。

Objective To assess the value of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) in the prediction of coronary heart disease (CHD) risk.Methods According to the coronary angiographic findings, 210 inpatients suspected of having CHD were divided into two groups: CHD group(n=143) and control group(n=67).Plasma Lp-PLA2 activity and lipid levels were measured before routine medication. Results The activity of Lp-PLA2 in CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group (27.6±1.9) μmol·min-1·mL-1 vs (16.2±1.5)μmol·min-1·m L-1, P<0.001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Lp-PLA2, age, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, especially Lp-PLA2, were independent predictors of CHD. Conclusion Lp-PLA2 is an independent predictor of CHD risk.
