为筛选最适合霸王扦插的IAA浓度和插穗浸泡时间,并比较IAA对不同长度的霸王插穗扦插的影响,用浓度为50 mg/L、100 mg/L、250 mg/L的吲哚乙酸( IAA)对霸王1~2年生插穗分别进行3 h和8 h的浸泡处理;设置10 cm、15 cm和20 cm等3个长度梯度的插穗,用100 mg/L的IAA浸泡处理3 h。扦插2个月后对扦插苗的成活率、新枝长和新枝数目进行测定。结果表明,不同浓度的IAA对霸王扦插成活率、新枝长的影响差异性显著,对新枝数目无显著影响;霸王扦插效果最好的处理是浓度为50 mg/L和100 mg/L的IAA浸泡3 h,二者之间无显著差异,插穗成活率分别可达71.1%和75.6%,新枝长分别可达12.6 cm和14.0 cm。 IAA对不同长度的插穗扦插作用差异不明显,而插穗长度对扦插成活率、新枝长影响极显著,对新枝数目无显著差异;在IAA处理下,长度为15 cm和20 cm时扦插效果最好,二者之间无显著差异,成活率分别是69.2%和70.0%;新枝长分别是13.0 cm和14.3 cm。

The paper utilized indole acetic acid ( IAA) with different concentrations of 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L and 250 mg/L to soak Zygophyllum xanthoxylon cuttings for 3 h and 8 h respectively.Cuttings with different lengths of 10 cm, 15 cm and 20 cm were soaked in IAA (100 mg/L) for 3 h.Survival rate of cutting propagation, length of new branches and number of new branches were recorded 2 months later.According to above tests, an appropriate concentration of IAA and soaked duration time and effects of IAA on different lengths of Zygophyllum xanthoxylon cuttings were expected to be found.The results showed that, the effects of different concentrations of IAA on the survival rate of cutting propagation and the length of new branches were significantly different but not the number of new branches.The most appropriate treatment for Zygophyllum xanthoxylon cuttings were 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L of IAA soaking 3 h.There had no significant difference between the two treatments.The survival rate of cuttings was 71.1 %and 75.6 %respectively, and the lengths of new branches were 12.6 cm and 14.0 cm respectively. Difference between the effects of different concentrations on different lengths of cuttings were not significant.Differ-ent lengths of cuttings had significant effects on the survival rate of cuttings and the lengths of new branches, but not the number of new branches.The most appropriate length was 15 cm or 20 cm, and there had no significant difference between the two grope.The survival rate of cuttings was 69.2 % and 70.0 % respectively, and the lengths of new branches were 13.0 cm and 14.3 cm respectively.
