采用幼嫩枝条扦插繁殖和石蜡切片法,对西藏分布的喜马拉雅红豆杉和云南红豆杉插穗的根部进行解剖,观察不定根的起源和发生发育过程,探讨两树种生根发生的规律,为两树种异地保护提供依据。结果表明,(1)喜马拉雅红豆杉与云南红豆杉无性繁殖过程中,其生根的外部形态相似,均为先形成愈伤组织再生根;(2)喜马拉雅红豆杉较云南红豆杉生根率高、生根快、根系发达,表现出较强的适应能力;(3)根部解剖结构显示,云南红豆杉周皮中存在一圈环状的厚壁细胞,生根时间较长可能与此有一定关系。
採用幼嫩枝條扢插繁殖和石蠟切片法,對西藏分佈的喜馬拉雅紅豆杉和雲南紅豆杉插穗的根部進行解剖,觀察不定根的起源和髮生髮育過程,探討兩樹種生根髮生的規律,為兩樹種異地保護提供依據。結果錶明,(1)喜馬拉雅紅豆杉與雲南紅豆杉無性繁殖過程中,其生根的外部形態相似,均為先形成愈傷組織再生根;(2)喜馬拉雅紅豆杉較雲南紅豆杉生根率高、生根快、根繫髮達,錶現齣較彊的適應能力;(3)根部解剖結構顯示,雲南紅豆杉週皮中存在一圈環狀的厚壁細胞,生根時間較長可能與此有一定關繫。
채용유눈지조천삽번식화석사절편법,대서장분포적희마랍아홍두삼화운남홍두삼삽수적근부진행해부,관찰불정근적기원화발생발육과정,탐토량수충생근발생적규률,위량수충이지보호제공의거。결과표명,(1)희마랍아홍두삼여운남홍두삼무성번식과정중,기생근적외부형태상사,균위선형성유상조직재생근;(2)희마랍아홍두삼교운남홍두삼생근솔고、생근쾌、근계발체,표현출교강적괄응능력;(3)근부해부결구현시,운남홍두삼주피중존재일권배상적후벽세포,생근시간교장가능여차유일정관계。
Two Taxus roots were dissected to observe origin and occurrence during the development of adventitious roots through cutting propagation and paraffin method.The purpose was to explore the occurrence of rooting of Tax-us, and provide basis for offsite protection of Taxus.The results showed that (1) The external morphology of roo-ting was similar in the process of asexual reproduction of Taxus wallichiana and Taxus yunnanensis, and both of them were first forming callus and after that the formation of rooting;(2) The rooting rate of Taxus wallichiana was more higher than the one of Taxus yunnanensis.Its rooting was faster, and its root system was more developed and showed stronger adaptation than Taxus yunnanensis; ( 3 ) The root anatomical structure showed that the rooting of Taxus yunnanensis that took longer time might have relationship with a circle of circinal thick-walled cells in Taxus yunnanensis periderm.
