文章在文本类型理论视阈下，对实地采集到的汉英公示语语料做了文本类型分类，梳理了目前公示语汉英翻译中策略混乱、逐字翻译、滥用拼音、语言繁琐、语病层出、语义模糊、语用失效等常见翻译问题，探讨了应对此类劣质翻译的策略，以期提高跨文化交际质量，提升双语文明形象。
文章在文本類型理論視閾下，對實地採集到的漢英公示語語料做瞭文本類型分類，梳理瞭目前公示語漢英翻譯中策略混亂、逐字翻譯、濫用拼音、語言繁瑣、語病層齣、語義模糊、語用失效等常見翻譯問題，探討瞭應對此類劣質翻譯的策略，以期提高跨文化交際質量，提升雙語文明形象。

From the perspective of text typology, the paper gives a comprehensive analysis on the common problems in the C-E translation of public signs which have been collected on the spot. These problems cover policy-misusing, word-for-word translation, misspelling and misprinting, tedious expressions, semantic and pragmatic mistakes, etc. Only when enough attention is paid to the textual types and proper policies are selected, public signs can be appropriately translated.
