建立了超高效液相色谱－串联质谱快速检测保健食品中10种禁用激素类的方法。样品经乙腈超声提取，基质分散固相萃取法净化，用 T hermo Hypersil Gold色谱柱分离，采用三重四级杆质谱进行定性及定量分析。结果表明：10种禁用类激素在1－1000μg／L范围内线性关系良好，检出限为0．3－0．5μg／kg，在低、中、高3个添加水平范围内的平均回收率为71．4％～113．5％之间，相对标准偏差为2．1％－13．6％。该方法分析时间短，灵敏度高，定性定量准确，适用于保健食品中非法添加激素类物质的检测。

A sensitive and selective method for the analysis of ten glucocorticosteroids in health foods was developed by using ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (UPLC -MS/MS) .Samples were ultrasonically extracted by acetonitrile ,and purified by matrix solid phase dispersion .Qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by mass spectrometry after the U PLC separation on T hermo Hypersil Gold column .T he cali‐bration curves of analysis were linear in the range of 1 -1000μg/L .The limits of detection (LODs) were all in the range of 0 .3-0 .5μg/kg .The mean recoveries at the three spiked lev‐els were in the range of 71 .4% -113 .5% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 2 .1% -13 .6% .The method was performed as rapid ,sensitive ,accurate ,and can be applied <br> for quantification of illegally added glucocorticosteroids .
