针对4PL环境下物流服务供应商选择指标的多样化和模糊性，文章在构建选择指标体系基础上提出一种基于诱导的爱因斯坦直觉模糊有序加权平均算子，并基于该算子的多属性决策方法步骤对物流服务供应商进行评价和选择，最后，通过算例分析证明了方法的有效性。

For the complicated and fuzzy evaluation criteria of the choice of logistics service supplier, we built the new comprehensive evaluation criteria system under the condition of 4PL and proposed the induced intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted averaging operator and the procedure to aggregate the information to evaluate and select the best logistics service supplier. In the end, we gave an illustrative example to show the effectiveness of the developed method.
