以杭州灣水域嘉紹大橋樁基準4.1 m超大直徑鋼護筒施工為例,介紹超大直徑鋼護筒的製作、運輸、沉放施工工藝以及振動錘選型、導嚮框設計、鋼護筒加彊設計等,探討彊湧潮水域複雜水文條件下橋樑樁基超大直徑鋼護筒施工技術及控製要點,可供類似工程參攷藉鑒。

Based on the construction of oversize diameter steel sleeve with 4.1 m diameter pile foundation of Jiaxing-Shaoxing Bridge in the Hangzhou Bay waters, we introduced the production, transportation, sinking construction technology and vibration hammer type selection, guide box design, and strengthened design of oversize diameter steel sleeves, and discussed the construc-tion technology and control points of the bridge pile foundation oversize diameter steel sleeves under the complicated hydrologi-cal condition in strong tidal waters, which can provide references for similar projects.
