结合数值模拟和模型试验,基于流体仿真软件,采用标准k-着湍流模型,模拟大型泥泵的三维流场,预测泥泵的水力性能,并采用增大叶片包角,减小叶片出口角、调整叶片型线等方法对叶片进行优化,最高水力效率达到86%;基于相似定律,按照1颐4的比例设计制造模型泵,在试验台上进行外特性试验。结果证明,优化设计的大型泥泵效率与预测相符,验证了高效泥泵的设计方法。

we predicted the onboard dredge pump's hydraulic performance based on numerical simulation and model experi-ment, and fluid simulation software, used the standard k-εturbulence model to simulate three-dimensional flow field of large submerged dredge pump. The hydraulic efficiency of pump was up to 86%was achieved by increasing blade's wrap angle, re-ducing outlet angle and adjusting the lines in this simulation. Based on similar laws, we manufactured a model pump with the ratio of 1:4, carried the model pump external characteristics test. The results show the efficiency of optimized large dredge pump matches the simulation's prediction and it has verified the design method of the high-efficiency dredge pump.
