目的:探讨高、低频超声联合应用检查对中晚孕期前壁胎盘植入的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析南充市中心医院2009~2013年经手术病理证实的41例前壁胎盘植入的产妇的高、低频联合超声图像和临床资料,总结分析其声像图特征,提高临床对胎盘植入诊断的准确性。结果在41例胎盘植入病例中,术后及病理证实:胎盘粘连(浅层植入)15例,深层胎盘植入23例,穿透性植入3例;高、低频超声联合诊断31例,诊断符合率为75.61%,误诊3例,漏诊7例。结论高、低频超声联合检查,弥补了常规腹部低频探头的近场观察盲区的不足,可提高前壁胎盘植入的检出率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

목적:탐토고、저빈초성연합응용검사대중만잉기전벽태반식입적진단개치。방법회고성분석남충시중심의원2009~2013년경수술병리증실적41례전벽태반식입적산부적고、저빈연합초성도상화림상자료,총결분석기성상도특정,제고림상대태반식입진단적준학성。결과재41례태반식입병례중,술후급병리증실:태반점련(천층식입)15례,심층태반식입23례,천투성식입3례;고、저빈초성연합진단31례,진단부합솔위75.61%,오진3례,루진7례。결론고、저빈초성연합검사,미보료상규복부저빈탐두적근장관찰맹구적불족,가제고전벽태반식입적검출솔,구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the value of low -frequency ultrasound combined with high -frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of anterior wall of placenta implantation in middle -late pregnancy .Methods The high/low frequency ultrasound images and clinical data of 41 cases with anterior wall of placenta implantation confirmed by pathology in the Central Hospital of Nanchong from 2009 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed , the characteristics of ultrasound images were summarized to improve diagnostic accuracy of placenta implantation.Results Among 41 cases, 15 cases were placenta accrete ( shallow implantation ), 23 cases were deep placenta implantation , 3 cases were penetrating implantation .31 cases were diagnosed by low -frequency ultrasound combined with high -frequency ultrasound , the diagnose accordance rate was 75.61%, 3 cases were misdiagnosed , 7 cases were missed diagnosed . Conclusion The low -frequency ultrasound combined with high -frequency ultrasound can make up for the deficiencies of conventional abdominal probe , which improves the detection rate of anterior wall of placenta implantation with a high value of clinical application .
