通过在豆粕生产线上安装在线近红外检测设备建立了近红外光谱分析模型。对30个豆粕样品进行检测,采用标准分析误差( SEP)评价了在线近红外分析仪检测结果的准确度。实践证明,将在线近红外过程分析技术应用于豆粕工业生产上可有效保证产品质量。

The near - infrared spectrum analysis model was established by installing the online near-infrared detection equipment on the production line of soybean meal. The accuracy of the test re-sults of online near-infrared analyzer was evaluated through detecting thirty soybean meal samples by standard error prediction(SEP). The practice proved that the online near -infrared process analytical technology applied in the industrial production of soybean meal effectively ensured the quality of product.
