针灸疗法治疗哮喘历史悠久、疗效确切，其因操作简便、价格低廉、副作用小且复发率低而日益受到重视。近年来，针灸治疗哮喘的作用机制的研究日趋深入，为临床提供了更多的思路和理论依据。笔者总结近10年来针灸治疗哮喘的作用机制的相关文献，进行综述。

Acupuncture has been used for bronchial asthma traditionally and has significant efficacy.It has accepted for the easy operation,low price,less side effect and low recurrent rate.In recent years,the mechanism researches of acupuncture of asthma go further and provide more ideas and theoretical basis for clinical practice.This paper summarizes the related literatures in the past 10 years.
