目的：优选地榆中鞣质最佳提取工艺。方法：以提取物中总鞣质含量为指标，通过单因素试验研究提取溶剂、料液比、超声提取时间、超声提取次数等四个因素对总鞣质提取率的影响，利用正交试验确定地榆总鞣质最佳提取工艺。结果：地榆鞣质的最佳提取工艺为：12倍量的40％的乙醇，超声提取2次，每次75min。在最佳条件下，提取率为9.113％。结论：该工艺合理可行，重复性好，地榆鞣质的提取率高。
목적：우선지유중유질최가제취공예。방법：이제취물중총유질함량위지표，통과단인소시험연구제취용제、료액비、초성제취시간、초성제취차수등사개인소대총유질제취솔적영향，이용정교시험학정지유총유질최가제취공예。결과：지유유질적최가제취공예위：12배량적40％적을순，초성제취2차，매차75min。재최가조건하，제취솔위9.113％。결론：해공예합리가행，중복성호，지유유질적제취솔고。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total tannins in Sanguisorba officinalis L.Methods Using total tannins as the index,the effect factors to extraction rate including solvent,ratio of solid to liquid,ultrasonic extraction time and ultrasonic fre-quency were investigated by single factor test,and the optimal conditions of extraction were obtained by orthogonal test.Result The ex-traction rate of total tannins in Sanguisorba officinalis L.was 9.113% under the optimal extracting conditions ethanol 40%,ratio of material to liquid 1∶12,extraction time 75 min and extracting for 2 times.Conclusion This extraction process is reasonable,feasible, repeatability and high rate of extraction.
