Xuesaitong Soft Capsule%microcirculation%hemorheology%promoting blood circulation%the central retinal vein occlusion
目的:通过观察血塞通软胶囊对微循环障碍及血液流变学指标的影响,进一步明确其活血化瘀的作用。方法:采用腹腔注射肾上腺素复制小鼠耳廓局部微循环障碍的模型和颈动脉采血测定大鼠血液流变学指标的方法,观察血塞通软胶囊对微循环障碍及血液流变学指标的影响。结果:血塞通软胶囊能明显增加小鼠耳廓微动脉和微静脉的血管管径,减少血管管径的变化率,抑制血管管径减小(P <0.05),能明显增加血液流速(P <0.05)和毛细血管网的数量(P <0.05)。同时能明显降低全血粘度,减少全血高切、中切、低切的粘度值(P <0.05)以及显著减少红细胞电泳的时间(P <0.05)。结论:血塞通软胶囊可改善微循环及血液流变学指标,活血化瘀的作用明确。本研究为其临床治疗视网膜中央静脉栓塞提供了实验依据。

목적:통과관찰혈새통연효낭대미순배장애급혈액류변학지표적영향,진일보명학기활혈화어적작용。방법:채용복강주사신상선소복제소서이곽국부미순배장애적모형화경동맥채혈측정대서혈액류변학지표적방법,관찰혈새통연효낭대미순배장애급혈액류변학지표적영향。결과:혈새통연효낭능명현증가소서이곽미동맥화미정맥적혈관관경,감소혈관관경적변화솔,억제혈관관경감소(P <0.05),능명현증가혈액류속(P <0.05)화모세혈관망적수량(P <0.05)。동시능명현강저전혈점도,감소전혈고절、중절、저절적점도치(P <0.05)이급현저감소홍세포전영적시간(P <0.05)。결론:혈새통연효낭가개선미순배급혈액류변학지표,활혈화어적작용명학。본연구위기림상치료시망막중앙정맥전새제공료실험의거。
Objective To observe the effect of Xuesaitong soft capsule (XST)on mice auricle microcircul -ation obstacle model and hemorheology change of rats.Method Both the mice and rats were adminis -trated by XST.Then the hemorheology of rats was tested.The auricle microcirculation disturbance induced by epinephrine hydrochloride was replicated and the microcirculation of mice was observed.Result The results showed that XST could expand the caliber of microvein and microartery (P <0.05),increase the mi-crovascular flow rate of auricle microcirculation (P <0.05),and increase the amount of open ca pillaries (P <0.05).At the same time,XST could significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity (P <0.05)and the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis (P <0.05). Conclusion It was obvious that XST could improve the microcirculation and hemorheology of the experimental animals and had the effect of promoting blood circulation.This study also provided the evidences for the clinical treatment of the central retinal vein occlu-sion.
