地方本科院校向应用技术大学转型的核心是顺应地方经济社会需求,培养应用型人才,即具有跟上时代步伐的技能,超(跨)学科知识体系,全面健康的本科生。“导学”教育是以培养应用型本科生为中心,融合理论基础与实践技能、贯通课堂教学与课外指导、优化个人素养和生活方式,进一步从组织原则、主要内容、运行方式等方面建立实施路径,并倡导坚持合乎实际需要、教育理性、基本经验、发展方向的评价标准。

The priority of local undergraduate colleges and universities’ transformation to applied technology university is to comply with the demand of local economy and society as well as to cultivate applied talents. Those undergraduates have possessed skills which are keeping up with the times, cross-disciplinary knowledge systems and overall health. “Guidance on Learning”education has centered on developing application undergraduates with the aim of combining theoretical basis together with practical skill and ability, linking up classroom teaching and extra-curricular guide, as well as optimizing their personal accomplishments and modes of life. Furthermore, from the perspective of organization principle, main contents and the mode of operation etc., this paper analyses the implementation of “Guidance on Learning” education and advocates the evaluation criterions which are according with realistic requirements, rational education, basic experience and developmental direction.
