目的：探讨创伤性肠破裂的诊断和治疗要点。方法回顾性分析2013年1月～2014年6月收治的36例创伤性肠破裂患者，总结其临床特点和诊断、治疗经过。结果本组36例，治愈率为97.22%，术后并发症发生率为13.89%，经给予对症治疗后，均治愈。结论及时明确诊断、选择合适的手术方式进行手术，配合腹腔冲洗、引流及抗感染治疗是提高创伤性肠破裂效果的关键。
目的：探討創傷性腸破裂的診斷和治療要點。方法迴顧性分析2013年1月～2014年6月收治的36例創傷性腸破裂患者，總結其臨床特點和診斷、治療經過。結果本組36例，治愈率為97.22%，術後併髮癥髮生率為13.89%，經給予對癥治療後，均治愈。結論及時明確診斷、選擇閤適的手術方式進行手術，配閤腹腔遲洗、引流及抗感染治療是提高創傷性腸破裂效果的關鍵。
목적：탐토창상성장파렬적진단화치료요점。방법회고성분석2013년1월～2014년6월수치적36례창상성장파렬환자，총결기림상특점화진단、치료경과。결과본조36례，치유솔위97.22%，술후병발증발생솔위13.89%，경급여대증치료후，균치유。결론급시명학진단、선택합괄적수술방식진행수술，배합복강충세、인류급항감염치료시제고창상성장파렬효과적관건。
Objective To discuss the main points of diagnosis and therapy of traumatic intestinal rupture. Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 patients with traumatic intestinal rupture in 2013 January~2014 June, summarize its clinical characteristics and diagnosis,treatment course.Results The cure rate was 97.22%, the complication rate was 13.89%,after symptomatic treatment they were cured. Conclusion Early diagnosis, appropriate choice of operation method of operation,combined with peritoneal lavage,drainage and anti infection treatment is the key to improve the effect of traumatic intestinal rupture.
