文章从梳理我国档案资源建设的历史入手，围绕国家档案资源建设的现状、国家档案资源建设与建立健全覆盖人民群众的档案资源体系的关系等展开了初步的探讨，并从加强理论研究与顶层设计、完善相关制度、发挥监督指导职能等方面，阐述了强化国家档案资源建设的设想。
文章從梳理我國檔案資源建設的歷史入手，圍繞國傢檔案資源建設的現狀、國傢檔案資源建設與建立健全覆蓋人民群衆的檔案資源體繫的關繫等展開瞭初步的探討，併從加彊理論研究與頂層設計、完善相關製度、髮揮鑑督指導職能等方麵，闡述瞭彊化國傢檔案資源建設的設想。

Starting from arranging the history of national archive construction,this article presents a primary discussion on the current situation of na?tional archive construction,the relationship be?tween construction and establishing and perfecting an archive resource system covering the masses, as well as discusses the assumption from the fields of enhancing theoretical research and top-level design, perfecting relevant systems and play?ing the function of supervision and guidance.
