现阶段在儿童乙肝免疫接种工作中，会出现部分儿童在接种后弱反应的现象，因此，需对儿童接种疫苗的剂量和流程实行优化；成人乙肝的预防和控制工作也同样重要，研究表明，我国是乙肝病毒携带者及乙肝患者最多的国家之一，由于全世界还未出现可根治乙肝的药物，对于成人乙肝患者或者病毒携带者，只能以预防为主，药物治疗为辅。针对我国的乙肝预防和控制的现状，需加强对儿童乙肝疫苗的全程接种率，降低其接种弱反应，同时还需加大对成人乙肝疫苗的接种好处的宣传，提升成人的免疫接种率。本文查阅目前国内外关于乙肝预防控制的现状和研究进展的文献，对儿童和成人乙肝免疫疫苗的接种详情进行综述。

At this stage in children hepatitis B vaccination work,there will be some children after vaccination weak reaction phenomenon,therefore,need to vaccinate children dose and implementing process optimization;prevention and control work of adult hepatitis B is also important,research shows that,China is one of the countries most of patients with hepatitis B virus carriers and B,because the drug can cure hepatitis B did not appear all over the world,for adult patients with hepatitis B or virus carriers,can only give priority to prevention,drug treatment supplement.In view of the current situation of hepatitis B prevention and control in China,need to strengthen the vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine in children vaccination rate,reduce the weak reaction,also need to increase the benefits of vaccination of adult hepatitis B vaccine propaganda,enhance the adult immunization rate.In this paper,literature on the current status and research progress in the prevention and control of hepatitis B vaccination at home and abroad,the details of children and adult hepatitis B vaccine were reviewed.
