目的:研究木芙蓉叶提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖及抗氧化能力的影响。方法采用高糖高脂饲料联合小剂量链脲佐菌素制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,给予二甲双胍及木芙蓉叶提取物灌胃治疗,连续给药4周。给药2周后,检测血清 SOD含量;给药4周后,检测血清SOD、GSH-PX和肝脏SOD、GSH含量。结果给药2周后,木芙蓉叶提取物高剂量组的血清SOD含量比糖尿病模型组显著提高;给药四周后,木芙蓉叶提取物高、低剂量组的血清SOD、GSH-PX和肝脏GSH含量比糖尿病模型组显著提高,木芙蓉叶提取物低剂量组和二甲双胍组的肝脏SOD含量比糖尿病模型组显著提高。结论木芙蓉叶提取物能提高2型糖尿病大鼠的抗氧化能力,这可能是其降糖作用的机制之一。

목적:연구목부용협제취물대2형당뇨병대서혈당급항양화능력적영향。방법채용고당고지사료연합소제량련뇨좌균소제비2형당뇨병대서모형,급여이갑쌍고급목부용협제취물관위치료,련속급약4주。급약2주후,검측혈청 SOD함량;급약4주후,검측혈청SOD、GSH-PX화간장SOD、GSH함량。결과급약2주후,목부용협제취물고제량조적혈청SOD함량비당뇨병모형조현저제고;급약사주후,목부용협제취물고、저제량조적혈청SOD、GSH-PX화간장GSH함량비당뇨병모형조현저제고,목부용협제취물저제량조화이갑쌍고조적간장SOD함량비당뇨병모형조현저제고。결론목부용협제취물능제고2형당뇨병대서적항양화능력,저가능시기강당작용적궤제지일。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of antioxidant of Hibiscus leaf extract on diabetes rats of type 2.METHODS Type 2 diabetic rats model was estabilshed by feeding high-fat and high-sugar foods plus injecting low-dose streptozotocin.Metformin and Hibiscus leaf extract orally was given by gavage for consecutive four weeks.Administration ,test the serum SOD content was tested after two weeks and the content of serum SOD ,GSH-PX and liver SOD ,GSH was tested after four weeks .RESULTS Two weeks after administration ,serum SOD content in Hibiscus leaf extract high-dose group was significantly higher than that in diabetic model group;after four weeks of administration,SOD,GSH-PX and liver GSH content in Hibiscus leaf extract high and low dose group were signifi-cantly higher than those in diabetic model group ,liver SOD content in Hibiscus leaf extract low-dose group and met-formin group were significantly higher than that in diabetic model group .CONCLUSION Hibiscus leaf extract can increase the antioxidant capacity of type 2 diabetic rats,which may be one of the mechanisms of its hypoglycemic effect.
