目的:对腹腔镜超声在辅助妇科手术中的临床疗效予以讨论。方法随机选取2010年3月~2011年3月在我院接受治疗的40例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,术中实施腹腔镜超声对该40例患者进行查找及定位术前可能遗漏的病灶,然后同术前实施阴道或腹部超声结果进行对比。结果同术前实施阴道或腹部超声结果进行对比,则6例卵巢巧克力囊肿中有合并输卵管积水2例,增加了5例子宫肌瘤合并局限性腺肌病、3例子宫肌瘤合并卵巢冠囊肿,与3例多发性子宫肌瘤。结论将腹腔镜超声应用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者的治疗中能够有效的提升患者疾病的检出率,值得在临床应用中推广。

목적:대복강경초성재보조부과수술중적림상료효여이토론。방법수궤선취2010년3월~2011년3월재아원접수치료적40례부과복강경수술환자,술중실시복강경초성대해40례환자진행사조급정위술전가능유루적병조,연후동술전실시음도혹복부초성결과진행대비。결과동술전실시음도혹복부초성결과진행대비,칙6례란소교극력낭종중유합병수란관적수2례,증가료5례자궁기류합병국한성선기병、3례자궁기류합병란소관낭종,여3례다발성자궁기류。결론장복강경초성응용우부과복강경수술환자적치료중능구유효적제승환자질병적검출솔,치득재림상응용중추엄。
ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic ultrasound in assisted in gynecological operation.Method Randomly selected 40 cases of gynecological laparoscopic operation patients from March to 2011 2010 March treated in our hospital, 40 patients with laparoscopic ultrasonography on the searching and positioning before operation may have missed lesions in the implementation of operation, and then with the preoperative vaginal or abdominal ultrasound results were compared. ResultsCompared with preoperative vaginal or abdominal ultrasound ifndings, 6 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst in 2 cases with tubal seeper, an increase of 5 patients with uterine leiomyoma combined with limited adenomyosis, 3 cases of uterine ifbroids with increase of parovarian cyst, an increase of 3 cases of multiple myoma of uterus. ConclusionLaparoscopic ultrasound is used in the treatment of patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation can enhance the detection rate of patients with the disease effectively, it is worth promoting in clinical application.
