目的：通过研究循证护理在儿童传染病预检流程中的临床疗效，探讨循环护理理念在传染病预检流程中的应用，提升护理质量。方法以本院收治的小儿传染病患者作为研究目标，参照循证护理实践程序，确定循证护理的使用流程，实行小儿传染病的预检。结果采用预检流程，传染病的检出率明显提高。结论采用循证护理理念指导儿童传染病预检，能够提升预检准确率，有利于传染病的检出与诊治。

ObjectiveThrough the research of evidence-based nursing to preview the clinical curative effect of infectious diseases in children,and explore the circulation nursing concept application in the engineering process of infectious diseases,improve nursing quality.MethodsTreated at our hospital in pediatric patients with infectious diseases,with reference to evidence-based nursing practice program,determine the use of evidence-based nursing process,adopts a preview of pediatric infectious diseases.ResultsThe preview process,obviously improve the detection rate of infectious diseases.ConclusionEvidence-based nursing concept to guide children's preview of infectious diseases,to promote engineering accuracy,conducive to the detection and diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
