Acacia pennata from Chuxiong%The quality research standard
目的：通过对楚雄臭菜进行浸出物、水分和灰分等测定，为建立楚雄臭菜作为药材应用的质量标准提供依据。方法按《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版一部附录ⅩA浸出物测定法、附录ⅨH中水分测定法中第一法和附录ⅨK灰分测定法进行测定。结果楚雄臭菜作为药材应用时其浸出物含量不低于24．15％，水分不高于10．70％，总灰分不高于9．78％，酸不溶性灰分不高于0．35％。结论本方法可为楚雄臭菜作为药材应用提供质量标准参考。

목적：통과대초웅취채진행침출물、수분화회분등측정，위건립초웅취채작위약재응용적질량표준제공의거。방법안《중화인민공화국약전》2010년판일부부록ⅩA침출물측정법、부록ⅨH중수분측정법중제일법화부록ⅨK회분측정법진행측정。결과초웅취채작위약재응용시기침출물함량불저우24．15％，수분불고우10．70％，총회분불고우9．78％，산불용성회분불고우0．35％。결론본방법가위초웅취채작위약재응용제공질량표준삼고。
OBJECTIVE To provide the basis of the quality standards for Acacia pennata from Chuxiong as medicine application by the determination of the extract ,Moisture and ash content ,etc.METHODS Determination were carried out according to the extract mensuration in the appendix ⅩA,The first method of moisture mensuration in appendixⅨH and ash determination in appendix ⅨK from Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China 2010 edition.RESULTS The extract content was no less than 24.15%,The moisture is not higher than 10.70%,The to-tal ash content is not higher than 9.78%,Acid insoluble ash content is not higher than 0.35%when Acacia pennata from Chuxiong was in the medicine application .CONCLUSION The method is established and can provide the ref-erence for quality standard of Acacia pennata from Chuxiong as medicine application .
