目的:考察高温、高湿、强光照射条件对阿替洛尔缓释微囊稳定性的影响。方法以阿替洛尔缓释微囊的外观、载药量、累积释放度为测定指标,分别对缓释微囊样品进行了影响因素(高温、高湿、强光照射)试验,并采用f2相似因子法判断本品释放度曲线的相似性。结果影响因素试验中,高温试验0d与5d比较的 f2=61.54,0d 与10d 比较的 f2=50.37;高湿试验0d 与5d 比较的 f2=75.05,0d 与10d 比较的 f2=65.46;强光照射试验0d与5d比较的f2=66.15,0d与10d比较的f2=56.17。结论高温和强光照射条件下会增加阿替洛尔缓释微囊的释放速度,在高湿条件释放速度未发生明显变化,微囊的其它各项指标无明显变化。
目的:攷察高溫、高濕、彊光照射條件對阿替洛爾緩釋微囊穩定性的影響。方法以阿替洛爾緩釋微囊的外觀、載藥量、纍積釋放度為測定指標,分彆對緩釋微囊樣品進行瞭影響因素(高溫、高濕、彊光照射)試驗,併採用f2相似因子法判斷本品釋放度麯線的相似性。結果影響因素試驗中,高溫試驗0d與5d比較的 f2=61.54,0d 與10d 比較的 f2=50.37;高濕試驗0d 與5d 比較的 f2=75.05,0d 與10d 比較的 f2=65.46;彊光照射試驗0d與5d比較的f2=66.15,0d與10d比較的f2=56.17。結論高溫和彊光照射條件下會增加阿替洛爾緩釋微囊的釋放速度,在高濕條件釋放速度未髮生明顯變化,微囊的其它各項指標無明顯變化。
목적:고찰고온、고습、강광조사조건대아체락이완석미낭은정성적영향。방법이아체락이완석미낭적외관、재약량、루적석방도위측정지표,분별대완석미낭양품진행료영향인소(고온、고습、강광조사)시험,병채용f2상사인자법판단본품석방도곡선적상사성。결과영향인소시험중,고온시험0d여5d비교적 f2=61.54,0d 여10d 비교적 f2=50.37;고습시험0d 여5d 비교적 f2=75.05,0d 여10d 비교적 f2=65.46;강광조사시험0d여5d비교적f2=66.15,0d여10d비교적f2=56.17。결론고온화강광조사조건하회증가아체락이완석미낭적석방속도,재고습조건석방속도미발생명현변화,미낭적기타각항지표무명현변화。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of high temperature ,high humidity ,strong light irradiation on stability of Atenolol sustained release microcapsules .METHODS With the appearance、drug loading capacity and accumulative releasing of capsules as index ,influence factors ( high temperature ,high humidity and strong light ir-radiation) on sustained release microcapsules were tested respectively and the similarity of Release curve was esti -mated by f2 similarity factor method.RESULTS f2 was 61.54(0d vs 5d) and 50.37(0d vs 10d) in the high tem-perature test;f2 was 75.05(0d vs 5d) and 65.46(0d vs 10d) in the high humidity test;in the strong light irradiation test,f2 was 66.15(0d vs 5d) and 56.17(0d vs 10d).CONCLUSION The release rate of Atenolol sustained re-lease microcapsules increase under the condition of the high temperature and the strong light irradiation ,and do not change significantly under the condition of the high humidity .The other index has no obvious change .
