目的:建立测定毛冬青中总黄酮的含量的方法。方法采用差示分光光度法,不经分离直接测定。结果线性范围0.2~1.2μg?mL -1,回归方程D(510)=0.6181ρ-0.0279,R2=0.9986,平均回收率和 RSD分别为96.93%,RSD=2.17%。结论差示分光光度法操作简便、快捷、精准,适用于毛冬青中总黄酮类物质的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a methodf for determination of total flavonoids in Ilex pu-bescens.METHODS The sample measured by differential spectrophotometry directly without separa-tion.RESULTS The linear range was 0.2~1.2μg? mL-1,the regression equation:D(510)=0.6181ρ-0.0279, R2 =0.9986 ,the average recovery and RSD were 99.7% and 0.47%.CONCLUSION The differential spectro-photometry is simple , fast and accurate , which is suitable for determination of total flavonoid in applies Ilex pu-bescens.
