目的：探讨膝骨性关节炎应用全膝关节表面置换术进行治疗的临床效果。方法将本院2012年2月～2013年2月收治的49位膝骨性关节炎患者作为本次的研究对象，总共61膝，所有患者均采取全膝关节表面置换术进行治疗，观察患者在术前及术后的hss功能评分。结果9例患者有膝前痛表现，但疼痛程度不同，经过对症处理症状缓解。治疗之后，患者膝关节的屈曲度是110°～145°，且术后患者的hss功能评分均比术前有所提高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用全膝关节表面置换手术对膝骨性关节炎患者进行治疗是安全、有效的，值得在临床实践中推广和应用。
목적：탐토슬골성관절염응용전슬관절표면치환술진행치료적림상효과。방법장본원2012년2월～2013년2월수치적49위슬골성관절염환자작위본차적연구대상，총공61슬，소유환자균채취전슬관절표면치환술진행치료，관찰환자재술전급술후적hss공능평분。결과9례환자유슬전통표현，단동통정도불동，경과대증처리증상완해。치료지후，환자슬관절적굴곡도시110°～145°，차술후환자적hss공능평분균비술전유소제고，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용전슬관절표면치환수술대슬골성관절염환자진행치료시안전、유효적，치득재림상실천중추엄화응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating knee osteoarthritis by application of total knee arthroplasty.Methods 49 patients with knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital in 2012 February -2013 year in February were treated as the research object in this time, a total of 61 knees, all patients were treated by total knee arthroplasty for treatment, observed in patients with preoperative and postoperative HSS function score. Results 9 cases of patients with anterior knee pain, but the pain in different degree, after symptomatic treatment, remission of symptoms. After treatment, patients with knee lfexion was 110 degrees to 145 degrees, and the postoperative patients of HSS function scores were compared with the preoperative increased, with signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Total knee replacement operation for the patients with knee osteoarthritis treatment is safe and effective, worthy of promotion in clinical practice and application.
