目的：观察与分析临床护理路径在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年6月～2013年6月我院妇产科收治的80例产褥期产妇为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组予以常规护理方法对患者进行护理。干预组运用临床护理路径进行护理，观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果干预组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组，住院费用明显低于对照组，经比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预组患者的满意度明显高于对照组，经比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在妇产科治疗中应用临床护理路径进行护理，可降低住院费用，缩短住院时间，提高护患满意度，利于患者身心康复，值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in obstetrics and gynecology nursing in.Methods From 2012 June to 2013 June, 80 cases of puerperal women in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology hospital as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing care on the patients. The intervention group using clinical nursing pathway in nursing,nursing effects were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The intervention hospitalization timewas signiifcantly shorter than that in control group, cost of hospitalization was signiifcantly lower than the control group, after the comparison (P<0.05) with signiifcant difference. Intervention group patientssatisfaction was signiifcantly higher than the control group, after the comparison (P<0.05) withsignificant difference.Conclusion Nursing Application of clinical nursing pathway in obstetrics and Gynecologytreatment, can reduce the cost of hospitalization, shorten the hospitalization time, improve nurse satisfaction,conducive to the physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
