目的：建立有我院特色的肿瘤日间病房管理模式。方法应用品管圈活动在保障护理质量的前提下提高日间病房的工作效率，优化工作流程。结果实施品管圈活动后护士工作效率与实施前相比显著提高；实施前后护士工作满意度和病人满意度的比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论实施品管圈活动对提高日间病房护理工作效率和提高病人满意度有显著成效。

Objective To establish tumor day ward management pattern has the characteristic of our hospital. Methods Using QCC improving day care work efficiency in the premise of ensuring nursing quality, optimize work flow.Results The implementation of quality control circle activities before the implementation of nurses' work efifciency and enhanced signiifcantly comparedcomparison before and after the implementation of the nurses' job satisfaction and satisfaction of patients, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle activities to improve the efifciency of nursing work day care and improve patient satisfaction with remarkable results.
