目的：探究尿液镜检法在尿液检验中的重要性。方法选取近两年在本院接受尿常规检查的患者200例，将其平均分为对照组和实验组两组。结果经过普通尿液检查方法进行尿常规检查，其各项指标的测量值和利用尿液镜检的测量值有明显差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组患者在进行常规的检测方法进行检测后，存在着明显的漏检，而实验组患者再利用尿检法进行检测后，有明显的分析检测报告，且两种方法检测红细胞具有联系。结论利用尿液镜检法能够对患者的尿液检验起到重要的作用，是尿常规检查中重要的方法，值得推广和应用。
목적：탐구뇨액경검법재뇨액검험중적중요성。방법선취근량년재본원접수뇨상규검사적환자200례，장기평균분위대조조화실험조량조。결과경과보통뇨액검사방법진행뇨상규검사，기각항지표적측량치화이용뇨액경검적측량치유명현차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。대조조환자재진행상규적검측방법진행검측후，존재착명현적루검，이실험조환자재이용뇨검법진행검측후，유명현적분석검측보고，차량충방법검측홍세포구유련계。결론이용뇨액경검법능구대환자적뇨액검험기도중요적작용，시뇨상규검사중중요적방법，치득추엄화응용。
Objective To explore the importance of urine microscopy method in urine test. Methods Selected nearly two years in our hospital 200 cases of in patients undergoing routine urine examination,the average can be divided into control group and experimental group two groups. Results After regular urine examination methods for routine urine examination,its each index of the measured value and the use of the measured value of the urine microscopy have obvious differences,statistically significant (P<0.05).Control group patients in the conventional detection method for testing,there are significant residual,recycle urine test method and the experimental group patients after testing,there is a clear analysis test report,and two methods of detecting red blood cells has contact. Conclusion Using the method of microscopic examination of the urine to the patient's urine tests play an important role,is a important method in routine urine examination,worthy of popularization and application.
