目的：探讨中等剂量糖皮质类固醇激素用于缓解带状疱疹疼痛及肿胀的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的带状疱诊患者106例，将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组患者应用常规营养神经药、抗病毒药物治疗，研究组在此基础上应用中等剂量糖皮质类固醇激素治疗。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为96.23%，显著高于对照组的84.91%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；结痂时间、止疱时间、痊愈时间、水肿消退时间、疼痛消失时间显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；VAS分值显著低于对照组，且低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中等剂量糖皮质类固醇激素可以有效缓解带状疱疹疼痛及肿胀症状，应用效果显著，适于临床推广。
목적：탐토중등제량당피질류고순격소용우완해대상포진동통급종창적림상료효。방법선택아원수치적대상포진환자106례，장기평균분위연구조여대조조。대조조환자응용상규영양신경약、항병독약물치료，연구조재차기출상응용중등제량당피질류고순격소치료。결과연구조치료적총유효솔위96.23%，현저고우대조조적84.91%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；결가시간、지포시간、전유시간、수종소퇴시간、동통소실시간현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；VAS분치현저저우대조조，차저우치료전，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중등제량당피질류고순격소가이유효완해대상포진동통급종창증상，응용효과현저，괄우림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the moderate dose corticosteroids for remission of clinical efficacy of herpes zoster pain and swelling. Methods Choose 106 herpetic patients in our hospital patients, the average divided into study group and control group. Patients in the control group used conventional nerve nutrition drugs, antiviral therapy, study group based on the application of medium dose glucocorticoid therapy. Results The study group the total effective rate of treatment was 96.23%, significantly higher than that in control group 84.91% (P<0.05);time to crusting, herpes stopping time, recovery time, edema subsiding, pain disappearing time was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the VAS score was significantly lower than the control group, and lower than before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Moderate dose corticosteroids can effectively alleviate the symptoms of herpes zoster pain and swelling, the application effect is very notable, in clinical application for.
