目的：异丙酚静脉全麻及其复合硬膜外麻醉的对比研究。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年1月收治的妇科腹腔镜手术患者68例；分为两组，对照组给予异丙酚静脉全麻，研究组给予静脉全麻复合硬膜外麻醉，对比两组术后24 h的恶心呕吐情况。结果术后，研究组恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组，比较有差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论静脉全麻复合硬膜外麻醉在腹腔镜术后的应用效果更好，值得在临床上推广应用。

목적：이병분정맥전마급기복합경막외마취적대비연구。방법선취아원2013년1월～2014년1월수치적부과복강경수술환자68례；분위량조，대조조급여이병분정맥전마，연구조급여정맥전마복합경막외마취，대비량조술후24 h적악심구토정황。결과술후，연구조악심구토발생솔저우대조조，비교유차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론정맥전마복합경막외마취재복강경술후적응용효과경호，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective Propofol intravenous anesthesia and the contrast research of compound epidural anesthesia. Methods Select our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,68 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery; Divided into two groups,control group given propofol intravenous anesthesia,the team given intravenous general anesthesia compound epidural anesthesia,compared two groups of postoperative nausea and vomiting for 24 h. Results Postoperative,the team the incidence of nausea and vomiting is lower than the control group,comparing the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous general anesthesia compound epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery application effect is better,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
