目的：分析健康教育和心理护理对冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者90例作为研究对象。按照随机原则将患者分为两组，对照组45例行常规护理，观察组45例行健康教育与心理护理，对比两组临床效果。结果对照组总有效率为73.3%，观察组为95.6%，同时观察组各项得分及总分均高于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者行健康教育与心理护理临床效果显著，值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the health education and psychological nursing care on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods Select our hospital patients with coronary heart disease angina as the research object.In accordance with the principle of random divided the patients into two groups,control group 45 routine nursing care,observation group 45 routine health education and psychological care,compared two groups of clinical effect. Results Control group total effective rate was 73.3%,the observation group was 95.6%,the observation group at the same time the score and total score were higher than the control group,compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Line for health education and psychological nursing in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris clinical effect is significant,worthy of clinical promotion use.
