目的：观察负压封闭引流术对胸腰椎病变术后切口感染进行治疗的疗效。方法对在本院进行治疗的胸腰椎病变术后切口感染的患者，采用负压封闭引流术进行治疗，观察治疗后患者的临床疗效。结果使用负压封闭引流术对胸腰椎病变术后切口感染患者进行治疗后，患者的创口愈合情况、抗生素应用时间、副反应及引流管阻塞情况等疗效显著。结论负压封闭引流术对胸腰椎病变术后切口感染进行治疗的疗效显著，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：관찰부압봉폐인류술대흉요추병변술후절구감염진행치료적료효。방법대재본원진행치료적흉요추병변술후절구감염적환자，채용부압봉폐인류술진행치료，관찰치료후환자적림상료효。결과사용부압봉폐인류술대흉요추병변술후절구감염환자진행치료후，환자적창구유합정황、항생소응용시간、부반응급인류관조새정황등료효현저。결론부압봉폐인류술대흉요추병변술후절구감염진행치료적료효현저，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the closed negative pressure drainage treating thoracolumbar lesion of postoperative incision infection of curative effect. Methods In our hospital for treatment of patients with thoracolumbar lesion of postoperative incision infection,adopting closed negative pressure drainage treatment,to observe the clinical efficacy of treatment after patients. Results The use of closed negative pressure drainage in patients with thoracolumbar lesion of postoperative incision infection after treatment,patients with wound healing,antibiotics application time,side effects and drainage tube obstruction of curative effect is distinct. Conclusion The closed negative pressure drainage treating thoracolumbar lesion of postoperative incision infection of curative effect is distinct,and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
