Inside of the Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Locking Plate Fixation%The Next Period of Tibial Fractures%Clinical Observation
目的:探究经皮微创内侧锁定板固定对胫骨下段骨折的患者的临床疗效和价值。方法50名胫骨下段骨折的患者,将其随机分为对照组和实验组两组,予对照组以常规治疗,予实验组以经皮微创内侧锁定板固定治疗。比较分析两组患者的术后恢复时间、手术时间及伤口愈合时间。结果实验组患者术后恢复情况优良率为96.00%,明显优于对照组60.00%,实验组患者的手术时间(75.47±3.56)min和伤口愈合时间(8.94±3.07)周明显低于对照组患者的手术时间(105.46±4.38)min和伤口愈合时间(15.35±5.35)周。结论经皮微创内侧锁定板固定技术集简单、安全、有效、微创优点于一身,在胫骨下端骨折中发挥着重要作用,具有广泛的临床应用价值。

목적:탐구경피미창내측쇄정판고정대경골하단골절적환자적림상료효화개치。방법50명경골하단골절적환자,장기수궤분위대조조화실험조량조,여대조조이상규치료,여실험조이경피미창내측쇄정판고정치료。비교분석량조환자적술후회복시간、수술시간급상구유합시간。결과실험조환자술후회복정황우량솔위96.00%,명현우우대조조60.00%,실험조환자적수술시간(75.47±3.56)min화상구유합시간(8.94±3.07)주명현저우대조조환자적수술시간(105.46±4.38)min화상구유합시간(15.35±5.35)주。결론경피미창내측쇄정판고정기술집간단、안전、유효、미창우점우일신,재경골하단골절중발휘착중요작용,구유엄범적림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the inside of the percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate fixation of tibial fractures in patients with clinical curative effect and value. Methods 50 patients with lower segment tibia fractures,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group two groups,in the control group with conventional therapy,in the experimental group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive medial locking plate fixation.The comparative analysis of two groups of patients with postoperative recovery time,operation time and wound healing time. Results The patients with postoperative recovery was 96.00%,significantly better than the control group 60.00%,the experimental group of patients with operation time (75.47+3.56) min and wound healing time (8.94+3.07) w significantly lower than the control group of patients with operation time (105.46+4.38) min and wound healing time (15.35+5.35) w. Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive medial locking plate fixation technology is simple,safe,effective,minimally invasive,play an important role in the lower tibial fractures,with broad clinical application value.
