目的：评价一次性止血夹联合高频电圈套切除大肠粗蒂息肉的疗效及安全性。方法预先使用一次性止血夹1～2枚夹闭大肠粗蒂息肉蒂柄部滋养血管，再予高频电圈套切除。随访观察术后出血、穿孔情况。结果纳入研究病例26例，共计28枚息肉，均一次性切除成功。术后无出血、穿孔等并发症。结论一次性止血夹预防大肠粗蒂息肉切除术后出血、穿孔等并发症，安全有效。
목적：평개일차성지혈협연합고빈전권투절제대장조체식육적료효급안전성。방법예선사용일차성지혈협1～2매협폐대장조체식육체병부자양혈관，재여고빈전권투절제。수방관찰술후출혈、천공정황。결과납입연구병례26례，공계28매식육，균일차성절제성공。술후무출혈、천공등병발증。결론일차성지혈협예방대장조체식육절제술후출혈、천공등병발증，안전유효。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Resolution Clip Device in combination with high frequency electric snare in polypectomy of colorectal polyps with wide peduncle. Methods Pre-use disposable hemoclips(Resolution Clip Device)1-2 pieces to block the bleeding of the trophoblastic vessel before the resection ofthe polyps with wide peduncle by high frequency electric snare.Follow-up observation of the complication of postoperative bleeding and perforation. Results All 28 polyps in 26 cases were removed one-time successfully. There was no complication such as bleeding and perforation after operation. Conclusion Resolution Clip Device is effectiveand safety in preventing the complication of bleedind and perforation in treating of colorectal polyps with wide peduncle .
