目的：探究锁定加压接骨板在骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月～2014年7月在我院接受治疗的100例骨折患者为研究对象，所选患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组平均50例，实验组患者接受锁定加压接骨板治疗，对照组患者接受非锁定支持钢板治疗，分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者的治疗优良率显著高于对照组患者（P＜0.05），且实验组患者的骨折愈合时间、住院时间及骨痂形成时间均明显短于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论锁定加压接骨板治疗可以有效提高骨折患者的愈合率，促进患者的软组织修复、缩短骨折部位的愈合时间，临床效果显著，值得推广使用。
목적：탐구쇄정가압접골판재골절치료중적림상효과。방법선취2012년6월～2014년7월재아원접수치료적100례골절환자위연구대상，소선환자수궤분위실험조화대조조，매조평균50례，실험조환자접수쇄정가압접골판치료，대조조환자접수비쇄정지지강판치료，분석량조환자적림상료효。결과실험조환자적치료우량솔현저고우대조조환자（P＜0.05），차실험조환자적골절유합시간、주원시간급골가형성시간균명현단우대조조환자（P＜0.05）。결론쇄정가압접골판치료가이유효제고골절환자적유합솔，촉진환자적연조직수복、축단골절부위적유합시간，림상효과현저，치득추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of fracture. Methods From 2012 June -2014 year in July treated in our hospital 100 cases of fracture patients as the research object,the selected patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group average of 50 cases,the experimewntal group patients receivinglocking compression plate for treatment,patients in the control group received non locking support steel platetreatment,clinical analysis of curative effect of two groupspatients. Results In the treatment of the experimental group were excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05),and thepatients in the experimental group the fracture healing time,hospitalization time and callus formation time were significantly shorter in the patients in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Locking compression plate for treatmentcan effectively improve the healing rate of fracture patients,in patients with soft tissue repair,shorten the healing time of the fracture site promotion,a significant clinical effect,is worthy to be popularized.
