从2004年农业保险在全国首次试点开始，至今发展已逾10年。2013年3月1日国务院颁布实施《农业保险条例》，标志着我国农业保险事业进入了依法管理、规范发展的新阶段。本文拟从酒泉市农业保险发展的状况分析入手，了解最基层的农业保险业务发展现状，为金融服务“三农”的绩效分析提供相对可靠的依据。

Since the agricultural insurance pilot was started in 2004 for the first time in China, it has developed for more than 10 years. On March 1, 2013 Regulations on Agricultural Insurance was issued by the state council marking that China’s agricultural in-surance has entered a new stage of lawful management and standardized development. Beginning from the analysis on the develop-ment situation of the agricultural insurance of Jiuquan city, the paper reveals the present development situation of grass-roots agricul-tural insurance business, and provides relatively reliable sources to the performance analysis on the financial service for countryside, a-griculture and farmers.
