The reasonable and legal investment in the financial sector of the private capital is an important part of China’s finan-cial reform at present and in the future. Based on roughly calculating how much the private capital of Qinghai province is invested in the financial sector, the paper reveals obstacles which prevent the private capital into the financial sector from five angles such as poli-cy, market, supervision, service and human resource. At last, the paper proposes relevant policy recommendations to eliminate the ob-stacles.
