研究的目的在于了解安徽省滁州市滁州学院在校大学生情绪调节自我效能感及主观幸福感的现状,并探讨性别、年级、专业三因素对二者是否有显著影响。最后,探究了情绪调节自我效能感与主观幸福感之间的关系。采用《情绪调节自我效能感量表》和《主观幸福感量表》对在校240名学生进行测量。结果表明:1.大学生的总体情绪调节自我效能感处在中等偏上水平,但结构失衡;2.大学生生活满意度偏低;3.情绪调节自我效能感及其两个维度:感受正性情绪效能感与调节生气、愤怒情绪效能感在年级上存在显著差异;4.情绪调节自我效能感与主观幸福感及其维度积极情感存在显著相关。

On the basis of finding out college students’ current state of two significant psychological indicators———the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy and Subjective Well-being of college students in Chuzhou University, Anhui Province. The study explore how the two indicators are affected by gender,grade and major,besides,the study also discuss relationship between the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy and Subjec-tive Well-being. There are 240 students were measured by the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale. The study shows:①The students’ Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy is above the medium level,but the structure is unbalanced.②The general life satisfaction of college students is at a low lever .③The Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy and its two dimensions:Feelings of Posi-tive Emotion Efficacy and Adjust Anger Efficacy have significant differences in grade. ④The Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy,Subjective Well-being and Positive Emotions have Significant positive correlation.
