大城市市辖区是推动市域城镇化发展的重要支撑，市辖区作为高度城镇化区域需要不断提升自身的城镇化发展质量，也需要通过自身的发展辐射推动市域城镇化的发展，市辖区城镇化的研究对于促进市域整体城镇化的可持续发展有重要意义。以浙江省绍兴市上虞区为例，审视城镇化发展特征，揭示存在的问题，运用新型城镇化视角提出相应的优化策略以促进城镇化可持续发展，为大城市市辖区城镇化的研究提供参照。

Municipal district of big city provides important support for urbanization of city area. As the highly urbanized areas, municipal district needs to upgrade urbanization quality of its own, as wel as promote the development of urbanization of city area by its radiating drive. The study on urbanization of municipal district has signiifcant implications for the sustainable development of urbanization of city area. Taking Shangyu as an example, this paper studies the development characteristics of urbanization, reveals its existing problems, puts forward appropriate policies and optimized measures from the perspective of new-type urbanization. All of these can accelerate the sustainable development of urbanization so as to give some reference for the study on urbanization of municipal district.
