目的:评价CAD/CAM 树脂黏结桥在前牙种植过渡义齿修复中的应用效果。方法选择2~4颗前牙缺失的患者,利用CAD/CAM技术切削PM M A树脂盘制作黏结式树脂过渡义齿,观察修复后3、6月的临床效果及对基牙牙周组织健康的影响。结果完成的28例中,25例修复体在种植愈合期内外形完整、美观、无松动脱落,种植术区黏膜和骨组织愈合良好,修复后3、6月成功率分别为92.86%和89.29%;基牙牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)在黏结桥修复前与修复后3、6月比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),菌斑指数(PLI)在黏结桥修复前与修复后比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),而修复后3月与修复后6月比较,PLI差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CAD/CAM 树脂黏结桥美观、舒适,不影响伤口愈合和基牙牙周组织健康,可满足前牙种植过渡义齿修复的要求,但要注意控制菌斑。

목적:평개CAD/CAM 수지점결교재전아충식과도의치수복중적응용효과。방법선택2~4과전아결실적환자,이용CAD/CAM기술절삭PM M A수지반제작점결식수지과도의치,관찰수복후3、6월적림상효과급대기아아주조직건강적영향。결과완성적28례중,25례수복체재충식유합기내외형완정、미관、무송동탈락,충식술구점막화골조직유합량호,수복후3、6월성공솔분별위92.86%화89.29%;기아아주탐진심도(PD)、부착상실(AL)、간구출혈지수(SBI)재점결교수복전여수복후3、6월비교차별무통계학의의(P>0.05),균반지수(PLI)재점결교수복전여수복후비교차별유통계학의의(P<0.05),이수복후3월여수복후6월비교,PLI차별무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론 CAD/CAM 수지점결교미관、서괄,불영향상구유합화기아아주조직건강,가만족전아충식과도의치수복적요구,단요주의공제균반。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of CAD/CAM resin bonded bridges in transi‐tional repair of anterior teeth after implantation . Methods We chose some patients with 2~4 anterior teeth missing as subjects ,applied CAD/CAM technique to trim PM M A resin plate to make transitional resin bonded bridges . The clinical effects and influence on the periodontium of adjacent teeth were ob‐served respectively after 3 and 6 months . Results During healing period ,completeness ,beauty ,preci‐sion and tightness were observed in 25 patients from total 28 subjects ,and favorable healing of mucosa and bone tissue was also seen in the implantation area . The success rate were respectively 92 .86% and 89 .29% three and six months after repairing . No evident changes was observed in the probing depth of periodontal index (PD) and sulcular bleeding index (SBI) three and six months after restoration ,no stas‐tistical significance (P>0 .05) . The difference of plaque index (PLI)tested before and after restoration showed statistical significance (P<0 .05) ,but there is no statistical difference between three months and six months restoration(P>0 .05) . Conclusions CAD/CAM resin bonded bridges are suitable for anteri‐or teeth’s transitional repair ,because they are pretty and comfortable ,without influence on wound healing and periodontium of adjacent teeth . However more attention should be paid to the control of plaque .
