目的：研究肝细胞核因子（H N F‐1β）在卵巢透明细胞癌中的表达及临床病理意义，探讨其对卵巢透明细胞癌的诊断价值。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测35例卵巢透明细胞癌、65例卵巢高级别浆液性乳头状癌和30例卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌中 HNF‐1β的表达，比较HNF‐1β在3种卵巢癌中的阳性表达率；同时观察3种卵巢癌中子宫内膜异位灶的例数，并比较HNF‐1β的阳性表达情况。结果 HNF‐1β在卵巢透明细胞癌中表达率为94．3％，其中高表达率88．5％；在高级别浆液性乳头状癌中表达率为46．2％，其中高表达率7．6％；在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达率为40％，无高表达。H N F‐1β在卵巢透明细胞癌中的表达率特别是高表达率明显高于高级别浆液性乳头状癌和卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌（ P＜0．01）；在卵巢透明细胞癌中子宫内膜异位灶的表达率为72．2％，明显高于卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌中子宫内膜异位灶的表达（P＜0．01）。结论 HNF‐1β高表达对卵巢透明细胞癌具有较为特异的诊断价值。
목적：연구간세포핵인자（H N F‐1β）재란소투명세포암중적표체급림상병리의의，탐토기대란소투명세포암적진단개치。방법채용면역조직화학방법검측35례란소투명세포암、65례란소고급별장액성유두상암화30례란소자궁내막양선암중 HNF‐1β적표체，비교HNF‐1β재3충란소암중적양성표체솔；동시관찰3충란소암중자궁내막이위조적례수，병비교HNF‐1β적양성표체정황。결과 HNF‐1β재란소투명세포암중표체솔위94．3％，기중고표체솔88．5％；재고급별장액성유두상암중표체솔위46．2％，기중고표체솔7．6％；재자궁내막양선암중표체솔위40％，무고표체。H N F‐1β재란소투명세포암중적표체솔특별시고표체솔명현고우고급별장액성유두상암화란소자궁내막양선암（ P＜0．01）；재란소투명세포암중자궁내막이위조적표체솔위72．2％，명현고우란소자궁내막양선암중자궁내막이위조적표체（P＜0．01）。결론 HNF‐1β고표체대란소투명세포암구유교위특이적진단개치。
Objective To study the expression significance of HNF‐1βin ovarian clear cell carcino‐ma . Methods To detect the expression of HNF‐1β in 35 examples of ovarian clear cell carcinoma ,65 examples of high‐grade serous carcinoma and 30 examples of endometrioid carcinoma with immunohisto‐chemistry . Results HNF‐1β was expressed in 94 .2% ovarian clear cell carcinoma , strong intensity 88 .5% ;Expressed 46 .2% in high‐grade serous carcinoma ,strong intensity 7 .6% ;Expressed 40% in en‐dometrioid carcinoma ,strong intensity 0 ;The expression level of HNF‐1βin ovarian clear cell carcinoma are more obviously strongly than high‐grade serous carcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma (P<0 .01) ,to possess statistic significance . The expression level of HNF‐1βin endometrioses in ovarian clear cell carci‐noma are more obviously strongly than endometrioid carcinoma (P< 0 .01) ,to possess statistic signifi‐cance . Conclusions HNF‐1βhas a specific diagnosis value to ovarian clear cell carcinoma . HNF‐1βmay participate pathogenesis in endometriosis progress for the of ovarian clear cell carcinoma .
