[目的]探讨快速康复外科(FTS)中西医结合护理措施在胃癌根治术后的应用效果。[方法]将择期行胃癌根治术的79例病人随机分为 FTS 组和对照组,FTS 组给予快速康复外科中西医结合护理措施,对照组给予常规护理措施,比较两组护理效果。[结果]两组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、术后住院时间、住院费用、消化道症状发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]胃癌根治术后应用快速康复外科中西医结合护理措施可促进病人术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。
[목적]탐토쾌속강복외과(FTS)중서의결합호리조시재위암근치술후적응용효과。[방법]장택기행위암근치술적79례병인수궤분위 FTS 조화대조조,FTS 조급여쾌속강복외과중서의결합호리조시,대조조급여상규호리조시,비교량조호리효과。[결과]량조술후수차배기시간、수차배편시간、술후주원시간、주원비용、소화도증상발생솔비교차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。[결론]위암근치술후응용쾌속강복외과중서의결합호리조시가촉진병인술후위장공능회복,축단주원시간,강저주원비용。
Objective:To probe into application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)integrative medicine nursing measures in radical resection of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 79 cases gastric cancer patients undergoing radical operation were randomly divided into FTS group and control group,patients in FTS group received fast track surgery of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention,the patients control group were given conventional nursing measures,the nursing effect was compared between both groups.Re-sults:There was statistally significant difference in postoperative exhaust time for the first time,the first defeca-tion time,postoperative hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization,the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms between both groups(P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Application of fast track surgery of integrative medicine nursing measures after radical gastrectomy can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function of pa-tients,shorten the time of hospitalization and reduce hospitalization expenses.
