目的：了解深圳市宝安区结核病患者的发现、转诊和治疗转归现状及变动趋势,为结核病防治策略的制定和完善提供理论依据。方法采用描述性统计分析的方法对2005~2013年深圳市宝安区结核病患者发现和治疗转归的各项指标进行分析。结果2005~2013年深圳市宝安区活动性肺结核患者登记率2009年最高,为66.71/10万,此后逐年降低,2013年下降至48.71/10万。近8年间,疑似肺结核患者总体到位率和追踪到位率不断升高,转诊到位率无明显变化。其中,流动人口疑似肺结核患者总体到位率和追踪到位率呈现增长趋势,由2005年的54.83%、6.73%上升至2013年的92.7%、84.48%。活动性肺结核患者治疗效果不断提高,特别是流动人口结核病患者,涂阳患者2月末阴转率由2005年的45.42%上升至2013年的84.87%,成功治疗率由2005年的51.71%上升至2013年的93.16%。结论深圳市宝安区结核病患者发现和治疗效果大幅提高,但涂阳患者中复治患者比例较高,以及疑似肺结核患者转诊到位率较低的问题仍然值得关注。
목적：료해심수시보안구결핵병환자적발현、전진화치료전귀현상급변동추세,위결핵병방치책략적제정화완선제공이론의거。방법채용묘술성통계분석적방법대2005~2013년심수시보안구결핵병환자발현화치료전귀적각항지표진행분석。결과2005~2013년심수시보안구활동성폐결핵환자등기솔2009년최고,위66.71/10만,차후축년강저,2013년하강지48.71/10만。근8년간,의사폐결핵환자총체도위솔화추종도위솔불단승고,전진도위솔무명현변화。기중,류동인구의사폐결핵환자총체도위솔화추종도위솔정현증장추세,유2005년적54.83%、6.73%상승지2013년적92.7%、84.48%。활동성폐결핵환자치료효과불단제고,특별시류동인구결핵병환자,도양환자2월말음전솔유2005년적45.42%상승지2013년적84.87%,성공치료솔유2005년적51.71%상승지2013년적93.16%。결론심수시보안구결핵병환자발현화치료효과대폭제고,단도양환자중복치환자비례교고,이급의사폐결핵환자전진도위솔교저적문제잉연치득관주。
Objective To understand the current situation and changes of detection, transfer treatment, and treatment outcome of tuberculosis patients in Shenzhen city Baoan district, in order to provide theoretical reference for establishment and improvement of prevention and treatment measures for tuberculosis. Methods Descriptive statistical method was applied to analyze the indexes of detection and transfer treatment of tuberculosis patients in Shenzhen city Baoan district during 2005~2013. Results During 2005~2013, the year of 2009 had the highest registration rate of active tuberculosis patients in Shenzhen city Baoan district as 66.71/100 thousand. It reduced every year to 48.71/100 thousand of 2013. In the recent 8 years, the overall qualified rate and track qualified rate of suspected tuberculosis patients were increased, and the transfer treatment qualified rate had no obvious changes. Te overall qualified rate and track qualified rate of suspected tuberculosis patients in floating population increased from 54.83%and 6.73%in 2005 to 92.7%and 84.48%in 2013. The curative effect of active tuberculosis was improved continuously, especially for floating population. The negative rate of smear-positive patients increased from 45.42%in 2005 to 84.87%in 2013, and the successful treatment rate increased from 51.71%in 2005 to 93.16%in 2013. Conclusion The effects of detection and treatment are remarkably improved in tuberculosis patients in Shenzhen city Baoan district. However, the problems of high retreatment rate in smear-positive patients and low qualified rate of transfer treatment in suspected tuberculosis patients still need further attention.
