目的分析胰腺肿瘤的超声造影表现。方法回顾性分析14例经手术后病理证实的胰腺肿瘤患者的二维、彩色多普勒图像特点及超声造影增强形式。结果4例胰腺外分泌恶性肿瘤超声造影呈低增强或无增强形式；7例胰腺外分泌良性肿瘤超声造影表现有交叉；3例胰腺内分泌肿瘤超声造影呈等增强或高增强形式。结论胰腺肿瘤超声造影除导管腺癌呈低增强、低分化恶性内分泌肿瘤呈高增强这两种相对特异的超声表现外，其余病理类型的胰腺肿瘤超声造影增强形式复杂多样。
목적분석이선종류적초성조영표현。방법회고성분석14례경수술후병리증실적이선종류환자적이유、채색다보륵도상특점급초성조영증강형식。결과4례이선외분비악성종류초성조영정저증강혹무증강형식；7례이선외분비량성종류초성조영표현유교차；3례이선내분비종류초성조영정등증강혹고증강형식。결론이선종류초성조영제도관선암정저증강、저분화악성내분비종류정고증강저량충상대특이적초성표현외，기여병리류형적이선종류초성조영증강형식복잡다양。
Objective To analyze the CEUS characteristics of pancreatic tumors.Methods 14 cases of pancreatic tumor confirmed by surgery and pathology were enrolled,and their two-dimensional and color Doppler images and CEUS characteristics were retrospectively analyzed.Results CEUS characteristics of 4 cases of pancreatic exocrine tumor showed low-enhanced or free-enhanced forms; 7 cases of benign tumor of pancreatic exocrine secretion showed similar CEUS characteristics; 3 cases of pancreatic endocrine tumors showed homo-enhanced or hyper-enhanced forms. Conclusion In addition to ductal adenocarcinoma is low-enhanced, low-differentiated malignant endocrine tumor is hyper-enhanced, which CEUS findings have relatively specific, the CEUS enhancement forms of other pathological types of pancreatic tumors are complicated.
