目的：探讨X线平片联合CT在诊断脊柱骨折方面的临床价值。方法选取100例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象，平均分为对照组和试验组（n=50），对照组患者采用X线平片进行诊断，试验组患者采用X线平片联合CT配合诊断，比较分析2组患者诊断结果的符合率及准确性。结果对2组患者的诊断结果进行对比分析发现，试验组患者诊断符合率（96.00%）明显高于对照组（44.00%），试验组患者诊断出骨折是否稳定的符合率（98.00%）明显高于对照组（36.00%），差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论骨折患者应先选择X线平片来诊断，然后再用CT进一步确诊，两者配合可准确诊断，为患者选择最佳治疗方案，达到尽快治愈的目的。

목적：탐토X선평편연합CT재진단척주골절방면적림상개치。방법선취100례척주골절환자위연구대상，평균분위대조조화시험조（n=50），대조조환자채용X선평편진행진단，시험조환자채용X선평편연합CT배합진단，비교분석2조환자진단결과적부합솔급준학성。결과대2조환자적진단결과진행대비분석발현，시험조환자진단부합솔（96.00%）명현고우대조조（44.00%），시험조환자진단출골절시부은정적부합솔（98.00%）명현고우대조조（36.00%），차이균구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론골절환자응선선택X선평편래진단，연후재용CT진일보학진，량자배합가준학진단，위환자선택최가치료방안，체도진쾌치유적목적。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical values of of X-ray plain and CT for diaognosis of spinal fractures.Methods Datas of 100 patients with spinal fractures were divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases in each group, the control group diagnosed by X-ray plain, the experimental group diagnosed by X-ray coorperated with CT, compared and analyzed the results of two groups after scanning by X-ray and CT, the accuracy of the detection results were compared.Results After comparing and analyzing the scanning results of two groups, the coincidence rate of fracture position in experimental group (96.00%) was signiifcantly higher than the control group (44.00%) (P<0.05), and the coincidence rate that whether there was fracture in experimental group (98.00%) was signiifcantly higher than the control group (36.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion X-ray should be applied in the diagnosis of fractures ifrstly, then adopt CT for further conifrming, cooperating the two methods can reach accurate diagnosis, providing the beat treatment schedule for the patients, so as to reach the result of healing patients as soon as possible.
