目的：开发抗菌药物合理使用监控及行政干预系统，加强医院抗菌药物临床应用的管理。方法依托医院信息系统，采用客户端/服务器（C/S）构架，利用power builder 10开发工具，进行软件开发。结果该系统分为“系统登录”“基础数据”“干预条件设置”和“监督考核”4部分，通过对临床医嘱的审核，能够对抗菌药物剂量、处方用量、药敏试验及Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药等实施“用药提醒”“用药说明”“用药审核”及“用药禁止”4种干预措施。结论本系统界面直观、操作简单，通过干预条件设置可以较好地对抗菌药物临床应用进行干预和监督考核。
목적：개발항균약물합리사용감공급행정간예계통，가강의원항균약물림상응용적관리。방법의탁의원신식계통，채용객호단/복무기（C/S）구가，이용power builder 10개발공구，진행연건개발。결과해계통분위“계통등록”“기출수거”“간예조건설치”화“감독고핵”4부분，통과대림상의촉적심핵，능구대항균약물제량、처방용량、약민시험급Ⅰ류절구수술예방용약등실시“용약제성”“용약설명”“용약심핵”급“용약금지”4충간예조시。결론본계통계면직관、조작간단，통과간예조건설치가이교호지대항균약물림상응용진행간예화감독고핵。
Objective To develop the rational use of antimicrobial drugs monitoring and intervention system, improve the clinical application of antibiotics.Methods Based on hospital information system (HIS), using the client/server (C/S) architecture and a development tool - power builder 10 to develop software.Results This system is constituted by four parts, including by "System Login", "Basic Data","Interference Condition Setting", and "Supervision and Evaluation". In process of checking physician orders, four kinds of measures such as "medication reminder", "medication instructions", "medication review" and "drug prohibition" can be implemented to intervene in the antimicrobial drug dose, prescription dosage, drug susceptibility testing, surgery prophylaxis of classⅠ incision and so on.Conclusion With intuitive interface and simple operation, the system can monitor, interpose and evaluated the clinical application of the antibiotics better by setting intervention conditions.
