目的：探讨异甘草酸镁治疗抗结核药物性肝损伤82例的疗效。方法82例经血清生化指标确认的由于使用抗结核药物引起药物性肝损伤患者,给予5%葡萄糖针250 ml+异甘草酸镁针150 mg,1次/d,静脉滴注,疗程3周,对其疗效进行分析。结果79例患者治愈,血清生化指标均正常,3例无效,总有效率96.34%,除1例患者出现眼睑浮肿,无高血压、低钾血症等发生。结论异甘草酸镁治疗抗结核药物性肝损伤,治疗后预后较好,副作用少。
목적：탐토이감초산미치료항결핵약물성간손상82례적료효。방법82례경혈청생화지표학인적유우사용항결핵약물인기약물성간손상환자,급여5%포도당침250 ml+이감초산미침150 mg,1차/d,정맥적주,료정3주,대기료효진행분석。결과79례환자치유,혈청생화지표균정상,3례무효,총유효솔96.34%,제1례환자출현안검부종,무고혈압、저갑혈증등발생。결론이감초산미치료항결핵약물성간손상,치료후예후교호,부작용소。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of 82 cases with anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury. Methods There were 82 patients with anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury, who were diagnosed by serum biochemical indices. They received 250 ml of 5%glucose injection+150 mg of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection through intravenous drip by 1 time/d for 3 weeks. Their curative effects were analyzed. Results There were 79 cured cases with normal serum biochemical indexes, and 3 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 96.34%. No hypertension or hypokalemia was found, except for 1 case with palpebral edema. Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate provides good prognosis and few side effect in treating anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury.
