目的：观察心脑舒通胶囊治疗脑血栓形成后遗症的临床效果。方法106例脑血栓形成后遗症患者随机分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(46例),对照组仅给予常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用心脑舒通胶囊治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分与日常生活活动能力指数(Barthel)评分改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93.33%与73.91%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=14.706, P=0.000)。结论心脑舒通胶囊治疗脑血栓形成后遗症临床疗效满意,建议在本疾病患者中推广使用。
목적：관찰심뇌서통효낭치료뇌혈전형성후유증적림상효과。방법106례뇌혈전형성후유증환자수궤분위치료조(60례)여대조조(46례),대조조부급여상규요법,치료조재대조조기출상가용심뇌서통효낭치료,관찰량조적치료효과。결과치료조신경공능결손정도평분여일상생활활동능력지수(Barthel)평분개선효과현저우우대조조(P<0.05)；치료조여대조조총유효솔분별위93.33%여73.91%,조간비교차이구유통계학의의(χ2=14.706, P=0.000)。결론심뇌서통효낭치료뇌혈전형성후유증림상료효만의,건의재본질병환자중추엄사용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xinnaoshutong capsules in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis sequela. Methods A total of 160 cerebral thrombosis sequela patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=60) and control group (n=46). The control group received conventional treatment alone, while the treatment group was treated by additional Xinnaoshutong capsules. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The neural function defect score and activities of daily living index (Barthel) score were all improved obviously in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rates were 93.33%and 73.91%in the treatment group and control group respectively. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (χ2=14.706, P=0.000). Conclusion Xinnaoshutong capsules can provide satisfactory clinical effect in treating cerebral thrombosis sequela, and it is recommended for promotion and application in patients with this disease.
